a different kind of Christmas kit and QP freebie

blog gift,new in store

Christmas is so bittersweet for me, I have created a different kind of kit for myself this year (although I have plans for a more traditional and fun kit too). I hope I haveĀ  captured the beauty and magic of Christmas in this simple monochromatic colour scheme, with lots of glitter and sparkle, elegant papers and elements, which will help create many timeless and beautiful layouts.

available at Pickleberry Pop

I’ve scrapped a couple of layouts with it already

Blending a photo into the background like this is a great work-around for the less-than-perfect (read under-exposed and poorly focused) photo you really want to use to tell the story.

And I’ve created a quickpage from the first layout so you can see some of the pieces close-at-hand.

you can get the quickpage –>here

thanks for dropping by!

WOW – I love this non-traditional kit. Christmas shouldn’t be only about the red, white and green and presents. So thanks for thinking of those that would like something different.

BTW – I used your Sweet As kit on a LO… check it out here: http://iamsimplysarah.blogspot.com/2008/11/speed-scrap-117.html

Love your stuff – thanks.
